Pressed Flower Necklace

Each of my stained glass with pressed flowers are made by hand cutting the glass, grinding the edges, placing the fully dried, pressed flowers and foiling with copper. I then solder using not a torch but a soldering iron allowing for a more organic appearance. 

This pendant is made with light green stained glass and a small branch of Yarrow. Reminds me of cherry blossoms. Delicate and sweet.

Artisan Hand Crafted Process

I use the stained glass Tiffany style method of copper foiling glass, gemstones and vintage items, I then free form copper and hand solder various metals, (tin, copper, silver, brass) then apply patina and finish with a hand polish.
