There are specific stones that are chosen due to their unique similarity to that of a landscape. They are cut and and polished and to add a touch more depth, I created a copper background, (visible only from the front). Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
