Green Beaded Hoop Earrings

Though I love beads, am actually a bit of a hoarder with them, I really don't offer a lot of beaded work. Thought it was time to change that up so here is an effort. I hand soldered copper wire, then added the faceted aventurine beads and soldered wrapped ends to create these fun hoop earrings. 

• Earrings: 2 inch long from lobe 
• Hoop: 1 1/4 inch round

Artisan Handcrafted Process

I use the stained glass Tiffany style method of copper foiling glass, gemstones and vintage items, I then free form copper and hand solder various metals, (tin, copper, silver, brass) then apply patina and finish with a hand polish.
